DEFIANT Boris Johnson will today make a fourth attempt to trigger a general election aimed at ending Parliament’s “stagnation and paralysis” over Brexit. Amid fractious scenes at Westminster last night, the Prime Minister warned that the country was being held hostage by a House of Commons dominated by Remainer MPs. It came as he failed in his third bid to stage a general election.
