TRAVELLERS are using illegal camps as cover for an organised commercial waste disposal scam that has seen thousands of tons of rubbish dumped on public land, it has emerged. Potentially lethal asbestos is among the mountain of industrial waste being dumped at temporary illegal traveller sites up and down the country.
